Tragedy struck the nation of Iran on Sunday as a helicopter carrying Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi, Foreign Minister Hissein Amirabdolahian, and several other government officials crashed in northwestern Iran.
The news of their martyrdom has left the country in deep mourning.
According to Rooykard-e-Kish News Network,In a heartfelt message released by the students of Tehran University of Medical Sciences at Kish Island, they expressed their profound grief over the loss of these esteemed officials.
“We are deeply in grief to know that the beloved president of Iran mr Ibrahim Raesi and Husain Amir Abdullhian and their companions are no more with us following the sad accident, we all share a common emotion and sympathy for the loss of such a kindhearted, hardworking and inspiring person in the history of Iran…” the statement said.
The message highlighted the dedication and sacrifices made by President Raisi, Foreign Minister Amirabdolahian, and their companions in serving their country.
It also emphasized the importance of resistance to aggression and the duty to protect the vision of Islam, even at the cost of one’s life.
“Resistance to aggression and a duty of passion under the vision of Islam can not be made without great pain, sacrifice and even loss of life. These martyrs gave their lives to deter aggressors who are attempting to deny others the blessings of a free and peaceful life…” the statement added.
The students honored the memory of the fallen president and his companions, acknowledging their bravery and commitment to defending Iran against threats to its freedom and peace.
