According to Rooykard Kish News Website, Ezzatullah Mohammadi, Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of Kish Ports and Airports Management Development Company, has announced the successful completion of the dredging operation at Charak port.
This impressive construction project, costing approximately 300 billion Rials, involved dredging an expansive area of 25,000 cubic meters.
Mohammadi expressed his admiration for the technical and engineering expertise of Iranian professionals, highlighting their exceptional capabilities in the field of dredging.
The completion of the Bandar Charak harbor project is a testament to their skill and places them among the leading countries in this industry.
It is important to note that Charak port, situated in Hormozgan province, spans across 34 hectares of land and 16 hectares of sea. It falls under the jurisdiction of the Kish Free Zone Organization.
This development marks a significant milestone for the region and opens up the possibility of mooring 5 thousand ton vessels at Charak port.
