According to Rooykard-e-Kish News Network, Hassanzadeh emphasized that the strategic development of postal services in Kish focuses on delivering high-quality, timely services to customers. He noted that clients can access postal services without visiting in person by calling 07644421231 during office hours.

He also highlighted the launch of the “Saha Pik” and “Saha Post” systems, which enable residents to receive postal services at home through mobile applications.

Hassanzadeh identified the acceptance section as a crucial component of Kish Post’s operations. He explained that establishing post offices throughout Kish Island aims to reduce postal traffic and transportation costs while addressing environmental concerns.

In his remarks, Hassanzadeh acknowledged the distribution department as a key area of focus for Kish residents. He mentioned that collaboration with the private sector has strengthened the distribution line, allowing for smooth daily operations.

He introduced express post services as a significant initiative and announced a memorandum of cooperation with Mahan and Kish Airlines. This partnership will facilitate daily flights from neighboring provinces to Kish Island, enhancing postal delivery and customer satisfaction.

Regarding airmail exchanges, Hassanzadeh acknowledged existing infrastructure challenges but assured that efforts are underway to streamline the process of exchanging postal items.

In another part of his exclusive interview with Kish Week, Hassanzadeh discussed the establishment of a customer response unit aimed at improving service for residents and marketers. This unit is available to address inquiries about postal services from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
